What is podcast?
Podcasting is a way of
distributing multimedia files (audio files in our case) over the internet.
We are distributing podcasts of Sunday talks using the
RSS format.
In order to receive podcasts you'll need client software. The most popular clients are itunes, ipodder.net or juice (all three pieces of software are free).
Once you have downloaded and installed the
software on your computer you'll have to tell the software where the RSS feed is
coming from - you enter the link:
http://www.leicesterchristianfellowship.co.uk/audio/podcast.rss
and then the software looks to see what is available to download. If you are using itunes you'll see a page like this:

You will then have the option of downloading the mp3 files to your computer. Note that these files are quite big. They are around 40-50MB in size each. If you have any problems then do get in touch!
